Fan Rong

• Fan Rong, the courtesy name as Yinsun, the art name as Tuian was born in Qingyuan, Hebei Province. A politician from the late Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China. In the 19th year of Guangxu (1893), he was promoted to the rank of Shanxi Chi Prefecture.
