Ke Jiusi

• Ke Jiusi, with the courtesy name as Jingzhong, the art names as Danqiu, Danqiusheng and Wuyungeli was born in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. He specializes in poetry and calligraphy. He is excellent in regular script, clerical script, cursive script, seal script, and the eight methods. He is called "three greats" because he is good at poetry, calligraphy, and painting. In painting, he is good at painting bamboo and is influenced by Zhao Mengfu. In calligraphy, he adopted the calligraphy of Wei Jin and the calligraphy of Wei Jin. His composition is well-formed and his handwriting gentle and elegant. He was influenced by Zhao Mengfu's notions of calligraphy.
