Lang Sicheng

• Liang Sicheng, male, born in Tokyo, Japan, from Xinhui, Guangdong, Chinese architectural historian, architect, urban planner, educator. He devotes his life to the protection of China's ancient architecture and cultural heritage. He is a member of the Academia Sinica and a member of the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Chemical Sciences. In his book The Five Masters of Architecture, he is called one of the "Five Masters of Architecture" along with Lu Xizhi, Liu Dunchen, Tong Chun, and Yang Tingbao.
