Shen Maozhi

• Shen Maozhi, whose name is Shen Baijian, Shen Baichang and Shen Tuo, was born in Wuhu City, Anhui Province. In 1928 he graduated from the Beijing Art College. After liberation, he taught at East China University Art Department, Shandong University Art Department, East China Art College Art Department, Anhui Normal College Art Department, Anhui Normal University Art Department, and was a member of the Anhui Branch of the Artists Association. He is good at painting flowers and birds, flowers, and insects. He conducts research on the history of Chinese painting and calligraphy.
