Song Buyun

• Song Buyun, also known as Xiao Chu, was born in Weifang, Shandong. He is a prominent art department, art educator, and art activist. He is a leading figure in early Chinese oil painting and watercolor painting. He was one of the pioneers of Western painting art in China and one of the founders of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. He is a master of modern Chinese art. He is known as "Taosheng".
