Luo Qixin

• Luo Qixin, born in Chengdu, Sichuan, is a painter. In 1962 he graduated from the Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts. He studied under the famous landscape painters Zhou Lunyuan and Cen Xuegong, majoring in landscape painting. He is the deputy dean of the Chengdu Social University, Chengdu Hanlin Chinese School of Calligraphy and Painting, the director of the art department, and the professor. He teaches landscape painting classes at Sichuan Academy of Education and Chengdu Academy of Education. Chief of the Sichuan Branch Calligraphy and Painting Specialist Committee of the Chinese Society for Arts and Crafts, Director of the Sichuan Artists Association Landscape Painting Association, Vice Chairman of the Sichuan Oriental Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Association, Executive Director of the Chengdu Artists Association, and Executive Vice President of the Chengdu Landscape Painting Association.
