• Yang Lizhou, He specializes in Chinese painting, oil painting, calligraphy, and art criticism. He graduated from Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts and Central Academy of Fine Arts. He is an adviser, academy committee, and research academy of the Chinese National Academy of Painting. He is the executive governor and vice-president of the Chinese Artists Association, director of the art department of the Ministry of Culture's Fine Arts Bureau, member of the Senior Council of the Ministry of Culture, member of the China Federation of Arts and Sciences, and director of the China Art Museum.
