Zhou Bailian

• Zhou Bailian, a Taiwanese doctor and politician. He holds a bachelor's degree from Nagasaki University in Japan and a medical doctor from Kyushu University. From 1950 to 1954 he served as a member of the Taipei City Council. From 1957 he served as a member of the Taiwan Provincial Government, and in 1961 he served as a member of the Taiwan Provincial Government and Acting Mayor of Taipei City, Taiwan, and retired in 1963.
