Liu Naizhong

• Liu Naizhong, with the art name as Han Kuan, Gu Liu Yi Min and Ju Shi Wu Men Xian Zhai was born in Yangliuqing, Tianjin. In 1944 he graduated from Kitahira Sukehito Japanese Literature Department. He studied calligraphy under Chi Gong. Afterwards, he learns seal engraving from Wang Fukuan. He also learned regular script and seal script, and was good at clerical script and cursive script. He is also well versed in bones, gold stones, rubble, mud seals, etc. He is a well-known calligrapher and seal engraver, and is the deputy director and deputy researcher of the Jilin City Library. He is also a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, honorary chairman of the Jilin Provincial Calligraphers Association, director of the Jilin Provincial Cultural History Research Museum, employee of the Xilin Seal Company, vice president of the Jilin City Historical Society, and special researcher of the Antiquities Research Institute of Jilin Normal College.
