Huang Pengnian

Huang Pengnian, with the courtesy name as Zi Shou and the art name as Tao Lu was born in Guiyang, Guizhou Province. He served as an official and a scholar during Qing Dynasty. He was Shinshi in the 27th year of Dokou (1847).
