Zhou Fu

• Zhou Fu with the courtesy name as Yushan and the art name as Lanxi, was born in Shide County, Anhui Province. He was Li Hongzhang's staff officer, an industrialist, and an educator. In the Tongzhi era, he founded Wubi School and Tianjin Wubi School.
