Yao Jingying

• Yao Jingying with the courtesy name as Yuqin was born in Yuhang, Zhejiang, and is a Chinese painter in the People's Republic of China. When he was young, he lived in the city of Shanghai. He was a painter of the Shanghai Chinese Academy of Painting, a member of the Shanghai Branch of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the Shanghai Museum of Cultural History, and a member of the Kuomintang Revolutionary Committee. He is skilled in Chinese painting, calligraphy, and poetry, and is especially good at painting orchids, plums, and bamboos. Along with Wuhufan, Huang Baohuan, and Zhang Dafeng, he is known as the "four major connoisseurs of Huang."
