Su Hanchen

• Su Hanchen was born in Bianjing, Henan Province. Northern Song Dynasty painter. He was appointed by the emperor Huizong of the Northern Song dynasty as a painting academy. He studied under Liu Zonggu and specialized in dōshaku paintings and portraits. His works are characterized by his fine brushwork and vivid colors.
