Li Shuchang

• Lai Shuchang with the courtesy name as Chún xiù was born in Zunyi Shatan, Guizhou Province. Qing dynasty diplomat. When he was young he learned from Zheng Zhen. In 1862, at the age of 21, he was granted Chiken, the governor. In 1870, he was transferred to Wujiang County, and the following year to Qingpu County. After that, he entered the Zeng Guofan government and studied at the Tungcheng school.
