Jiang Zaitian

• Jiang Zaitian also known as Mr. Banpu, Master of Winter Hua, was born in 1932 in Wuxing, Zhejiang Province. His artname is Banpu. He has been fond of calligraphy and studying since he was a kid. He communicated with famous Suzhou calligraphers such as Shaman, Song Jiding, Zhu Jia, Wu Jinxian, Weidong Chen, and Pan Zhenyuan. He sought advice, learned from the strengths of others, and honed his calligraphy skills every day. A well-known calligrapher praised Jiang Zaitian's calligraphy, especially his seal script and calligrapher Wu Jin Hyun also praised him, saying, "He was diligent and devoted himself to the study of calligraphy."
