Duan Qirui

• Duan Qirui, originally named Qirui, courtesy name Zhiquan, was born in Hefei (now Feixi District), Anhui Province, China. He was a politician of the Republic of China and the leader of the warlords of the Anhui Clan. He served as the Prime Minister three times.
