Takeuchi Seihou

• Takeuchi Seiho (1864-1942), a Japanese painter in the early years of 20century. Also, a pioneer of modern Japanese painting. Received Imperial Household Artist, 1st Order of Culture. A teacher of Hashimoto Kensetsu and friend of Qi Baishi.
