Aisin Gioro Puyi (1906-1967), the last emperor of the Qing Dynasty, courtesy name Yaozhi, and pen name Haoran, was also known as the Xuantong Emperor or the Last Emperor of the Qing. He was the great-grandson of the Daoguang Emperor, the grandson of Prince Chunxian, Yixuan, and the eldest son of Prince Regent Zaifeng. His mother was Su Wan Guarjia Youlan. Puyi ruled twice: from 1908 to 1912, and again from July 1 to July 12, 1917.
