Xiao Shiying

• Xiao Shiying, born in Kunming, Yunnan. Good at Chinese painting. Enrolled to Department of Dyeing, Tokyo Higher Technical School at 22 years old. After graduation from it, went back to China and worked at The Yunnan Provincial Military Governor's Office protects the country, Secretary to Colonel Yasukuni, Director Quan Xu of Yunnan Provincial Highway Bureau and Commissioner of Commerce and Tax. After 1949, he worked as a Librarian of Yunnan Provincial Museum of Culture and History, Member of China Artists Association, Member of the 2nd and 3rd CPPCC National Committee of Yunnan Province.
