Lupin, born in Chengdu, Sichuan in 1958. Graduated from the Painting Department of Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts in 1982 and stayed there as a teacher. Worked as National first-class artist of Beijing Academy of Fine Arts, Member of China Artists Association, Director of Chinese Painting Society, the tenth National Revolutionary, Eleventh Central Committee member, Beijing CPPCC Eleventh, Twelfth Standing Committee, President of Beijing Zhongshan Painting and Calligraphy Society, Member of the Academy of Painting and Calligraphy of the Central Academy of Culture and History, Director of Beijing Women's Federation Sanpower Association.
