Wang Mingming

• Wang Mingming, Deputy Director of the Counselor's Office of the State Council, born in Penglai, Shangdong in 1952. He liked painting since childhood, his works from childhood exhibited in over 30 countries and received a special award and first prize at international children painting contest. Enrolled in Central Academy of Technology and Art in 1978, on the same year, he started working as a professional at Beijing painting academy.
