Guo Lin

• Guo Lin, courtesy name is Qunbo, art names are Pinjia and baimeisheng, born in Wujiang, Jiangsu. A Poetic theorist and poet of the Qing Dynasty. Studied under Yao Nai. Gave a lecture at Jishan Academy in 1804. Has a close relationship with Yuan Mei. Calligraphy is modeled after Huang Tingjian, and is also good at stamping. He loves drinking alchohol and painiting of Bamboo tone he painted when his drank is the one and only work.
