Ding Jianxiu
Ding Jianxiu, whose courtesy name is Wo Yuan , was born in Gaiping County, Fengtian Prefecture, under the jurisdiction of General Shengjing, and is a politician of the Republic of China and Manchuria. When he was in Guangxu, he went to study in Japan and graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Waseda University. After returning to Japan, he passed the jurisprudence examination and was appointed to the postal department's seven-part Kyoto official. In the 2nd year of the Republic of China (1913), he became a member of the Mukden Negotiations Department Japanese Department. Two years later, he served as head of the foreign affairs department of the Mukden Ambassador's Office. After that, he served as director of foreign affairs department of the army headquarters of the three eastern provinces, councilor of Fengtian provincial governor's office, director of Sino-Japan Joint Bow Chang Tieling Mine Company, and director of Liaoyang Tianli Coal Iron Company.
