• Fei Shengqian, art name is Wumeilou, was born in Zhenhai, Zhejiang. He learned Clerical script from Ren Zheng when he was young. A Member of Chinese Calligraphers Association, a Vice Chairman of Shanghai Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Association, a Director of Shanghai Calligraphers Association.
