He Jiaying

• He Jiaying was born in Tianjin, 1957. He learned Chinese art at Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts in 1977, after a graduation in 1980 he stayed there and became a teacher. He was a member of the 9th, 10th and 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He is currently a vice-president of China artist association, a Chinese art searcher Doctoral Student Instructor, a vice-president of Today's Gongbi association, a director of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts He Jiaying’s gongbi research, a honorary chairman of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, a honorary director of Tianjin museum. He received “Young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions” from the country, “Deyun Shuangxin Literature and Art Workers” from China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and “ Batch of four” from Central publicity department.
