• Chen Bulei, personal name Xun’en and courtesy name Yanji, used the pen names Bulei and Weilei. He was a native of Cixi, Zhejiang Province (present-day Sanqishi, Yuyao). He was a Chinese newspaper and periodical editor and political commentator.
