Song Bingkui

• Song Bingkui was a native of the walled city of Hongtong during the late Ming and early Qing periods. He obtained the prestigious jinshi degree in the 10th year of the Chongzhen reign (1637). After the establishment of the Qing dynasty, he successively served as Vice Surveillance Commissioner of Shandong, Right Administrative Councillor of the Shandong Provincial Administration Commission, and was later transferred to serve as Administrative Councillor of the Shaanxi Provincial Administration Commission.
