Feng Zizhen

• Feng Zizhen (courtesy name Haisu; sobriquets Yingzhouke and Guaiguai Daoren) was a Yuan-dynasty writer of sanqu lyric poetry, poet, and calligrapher. His place of origin is variously recorded as You County (formerly Youzhou) in Hunan or Xiangxiang (present-day Shuangfeng County, Hunan). He is regarded as one of the notable literary and artistic figures of the Yuan dynasty, renowned for his achievements in poetry and calligraphy.
