Wang Xiaofan

• Wang Xirui, commonly known as Wang Xiaofan and Wang Chai, was born in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province. He was the son of Wang Dafan and the second-generation successor of the Wang Dafan ceramic art family. In 1944, Wang Xiaofan founded the “Xiaofan Huafang” studio and studied ceramic art under his father, Wang Dafan. Wang Xirui became a renowned ceramic artist and ceramic art connoisseur in Jingdezhen.
