Weilin Daopei

Weilin Daopi was a Caodong (Sōtō) Zen Buddhist monk active during the late Ming and early Qing periods. He was a native of Jian’an in Fujian Province and his secular surname was Ding. His sobriquets were Lübo and Feijia Sou, his courtesy name was Weilin, and his dharma name was Daopi. He was a dharma heir of Yongjue Yuanxian.
