Tang Erhe

  • Tang Erhe was a politician and physician active during the late Qing and early Republican periods. His given name was Gou, but he was known by the courtesy name Erhe. He also had the courtesy name Tiaonai and, in later years, the sobriquet Liusong Laoren. He served as a high-ranking official in the Beijing government and later participated in the Provisional Government of the Republic of China, holding positions such as Chairman of the Council of State.
