• KENTARO TAJIMA is a contemporary painter trained in Nihonga at Tokyo University of the Arts who constructs layered, contemplative compositions using traditional materials such as mineral pigments, gold powder, ink, and Japanese paper. Drawing on motifs of the moon, flowers, and figures, he engages with antique art to fashion a unique visual dialogue that bridges past and present.
