• GIORGIO DE CHIRICO was an Italian painter active from the early 20th century who pioneered the Metaphysical Painting movement. His distinctive imagery—classical arcades, elongated shadows, mannequins, and trains—creates haunting and dream-like spaces that transcend conventional reality.
