Introduce: Warhol first came to Japan during his world tour in 1956, visiting Kyoto. This exhibition will focus on the relationship between Kyoto and Warhol, exhibiting valuable sketches that show the connection, and make you think about Kyoto that captured the heart of Warhol in his youth. This is the first exhibition in Japan consisting entirely of works from the collection of the Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh, USA, and of the approximately 200 works + 15 videos, over 100 will be exhibited for the first time in Japan.
